Two Random Book of Mormon (musical) Questions…

So there are two things I’ve wondered for awhile that have never produced much when I Googled them, and neither are important, but I felt like asking you guys! Here they are:

1. In All-American Prophet, there’s the line, “We’re following him to Paradise, we call ourselves ‘Mormen’” - Is “Mormen” a real world? If so, what is the definition? If not, what’s the joke? I’d get it, maybe, if “Mormon” was spelled “Morman” and so, plural would be “Mormen”? lol.

2. I know a few people have pointed out that Rule 72 is not the number of the rule that forbids a missionary to leave the company of his companion (except the bathroom), it’s actually mainly Rule 35 as well as Rules 60-73. But I get that “sev-en-ty-two” fits well in the songs. But does anyone know anything about why Elder McKinley sites Rule 23 as the rule about not leaving the living quarters after 9PM, when it’s mainly Rule 16, 27 and  37?

Ooo, these character descriptions are interesting. Everyone, except Cunningham, McKinley and Nabulungi, needs to be a “great comedic actor.” Cunningham & McKinley need to be “fantastic comedic actors” and Nabulungi just needs “great comic timing.”

Thanks guys! :)

Jesus!! Someone with a lot of followers appears to have reblogged my photoset: -“Turn It Off” from The Book of Mormon:

All within 9 hours. Considering I posted this over a month ago (I think), that’s a lot of love! :DDDDD It’s very close to 600 notes, which is A LOT for me!

Now, how do ya feel?

BoM fanfic

So, last night I gave in and looked for some Book of Mormon fanfic. Anything with McKinley really. And I have a few questions for all of you:

Why is it that there are almost no get-together fics?

Why are so many of them AU?

Do you have any get-together fics (any rating, McKinley/anyone) you could recommend?
